My passion for sweets is what drove me to become a professional pastry chef. But it was my personal journey towards conscious, plant-based, and healthy eating that inspired me to open Dates & Avocados Atelier, where healthy desserts are the main event, never an afterthought.
Each treat is hand-crafted from scratch in our kitchen, made with 100% organic and gluten-free ingredients: whole grains, whole-meal flours, nuts and seeds, vegetables, just-picked fruits, and natural sweeteners.Our bread, plant milks, nut cheeses, seed and fruit pastes are also made fresh, in-house.
I’m obsessed with seasonal ingredients, always organic, and locally sourced at their peak.While our coffee, cacao or maple syrup come from farther afield, they too are meticulously chosen for their exceptional quality.
What won’t you find in our desserts? Gluten. Refined sugars and fats. Or any manner of processed ingredient or animal product.
Because dessert should never be a guilty pleasure.
