I believe we all deserve to satisfy our sweet tooth, with no compromise to our health and values. That’s why I created Dates & Avocados Atelier: to prove that guilt-free treats can be wildly delicious, gorgeous to behold – and good for you, too! My life-long passion for sweets spurred me to become a professional pastry chef. But it was my personal journey towards plant-based eating that inspired me to found Dates & Avocados Atelier, where healthy desserts are the main event, never an afterthought. Each treat is hand-crafted from scratch in our kitchens, made with whole grains, whole-meal flours, natural sweeteners, just-picked fruits, edible flowers... Our plant milks, nut cheeses, seed and fruit pastes are made fresh, in-house. I’m obsessed with seasonal ingredients, always organic, and locally sourced at their peak. While our coffee, chocolate, and coconut hail from farther afield, they too are meticulously chosen for their exceptional quality. What won’t you find in our desserts? Gluten.
